Our verdict on Brightside AI
Brightside AI combines interactive, chat-based security courses with phishing, vishing, voice deepfake and hybrid voice-and-email attack simulations. It is designed for organizations that want recurring awareness training alongside role-based or AI-personalized campaigns. Its feature set covers automated campaign setup and scheduling, targeted micro-learning remediation, risk and compliance reporting, and a one-click Gmail phishing reporting add-on. The platform is delivered through the web and is provided by Brightside Technologies SA in Switzerland.
Pricing is structured around four published options. Start is a free plan with Courses. Basic costs €0.50 per seat per month, billed monthly, and adds Template simulations. Pro costs €1.30 per seat per month, billed monthly, and adds AI OSINT spear-phishing simulations and AI-powered vishing simulations to the Basic capabilities. The standalone Vishing plan costs €1 per seat per month, billed monthly, and focuses on voice-only and hybrid attack simulations, a multilingual voice library with custom voice cloning, a granular scenario builder, AI-assisted scenario creation, and detailed analytics with CSV export. This makes the entry point accessible for teams that can begin with courses or template-based exercises, while more specialized attack scenarios require a paid tier.
Brightside AI fits teams working across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta or Vanta, with integrations covering those four ecosystems. Its strongest differentiator is the range of social-engineering formats: email, voice, deepfake and hybrid campaigns can sit alongside remediation and reporting. Teams seeking only conventional awareness courses may not need the higher tiers, while organizations requiring capabilities beyond a web-based platform should consider whether its delivery model fits. Choose Brightside AI for affordable, AI-focused simulations; choose an alternative if those simulations or voice features are not part of the training requirement.
