Brigade POS review
A table-service iPad POS with strong floor, payment, staff, and reporting tools.

Brigade POS is a cloud-based restaurant point-of-sale system for full-service restaurants using iPads. Its workflow centers on table service, with table layouts, multiple floor plans, tabs, open orders, seat and course numbers, menu modifiers, discounts, promotions, and split payments. Employee roles, labor reporting, teams, analytics, and real-time reporting extend it beyond order entry. Restaurants that need a focused iPad system for dining-room operations should find its feature set relevant, while businesses built around broader ordering channels may need a different fit.
Pricing is organized around terminal count and billing frequency. The Single terminal plan costs $129 per month with annual billing or $149 per month with monthly billing. Unlimited terminals costs $179 per month with annual billing or $199 per month with monthly billing. All listed plans include continued training and onboarding support, backup 4G/LTE, a dedicated account manager, and 24/7 support. The main plan distinction is terminal capacity rather than a different set of published software features, so restaurants should weigh the billing commitment and number of terminals against their service model.
Brigade POS is designed for iOS and supports shared staff workflows through Teams, but it does not include integrations or offline mode. That narrows its ecosystem fit and makes it less suitable for restaurants that need connected third-party systems or operation without an active connection. Its strongest case is a full-service restaurant seeking table management, flexible payment handling, staff permissions, and reporting within an iPad-based setup. Restaurants requiring wider platform coverage, integrations, or offline operation should choose an alternative built around those needs.
