Bric is a property management CRM for UK letting agents, landlords and property professionals. It brings property and tenant management, rent collection, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, landlord ledgers, maintenance tickets, compliance tracking, tenancy administration and communications into one web platform. Its portal coverage also suits agencies that need connections with Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, StuRents and PrimeLocation. The feature set is aimed at everyone from individual landlords and startups to larger, multi-branch operations.

Pricing is structured around agency size and operating scope. Solo is listed at £39.99 per month for one branch, up to 15 properties and one user, with portal integration, trouble ticket management and bulk landlord payments. The plan is also described as free for the first 12 months before becoming paid, rather than as a permanent free plan. Agent is listed at £249 for the first branch and adds unlimited properties, users and branches, plus landlord, tenant and contractor portals, Open Banking integration and EPC auto download. Bric Pro is listed at £349 for the first branch and adds Bric Insights & AI, the Bric Agent mobile app, deposit scheme integrations and Xero Accounting integration. A 14-day free trial is available.

Bric’s strongest fit is for UK agencies that want operational breadth alongside portal connectivity. Automatic rent collection, reconciliation, accounting tools, compliance and safety tracking, maintenance job history, calendars and communications cover the recurring work of managing tenancies. Integrations with Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud, WhatsApp, Stripe and Xero extend that workflow, while MyDeposits and Tenancy Deposit Scheme integrations support deposit administration on Bric Pro. The trade-off is a web-only core platform, and lease management is not verified. Choose Bric if portals, compliance and day-to-day property operations are central; consider an alternative if native lease management or a broader platform footprint is essential.
