Brancher is a web-based mentoring platform for organisations that need to design, launch, manage and evaluate structured workplace mentoring programs. It covers participant enrolment, program setup, matching, training, meetings, goals, communications, surveys and reporting. The platform is suited to smaller organisations, pilot programs, government agencies, universities, associations and enterprise programs. Its browser-based approach supports mobile-responsive access while keeping program administration in one central environment.
Matching is a standout capability. Brancher uses an AI-assisted algorithm based on personality and values, then supports the relationship with training, goal tracking, session support and automated email nudges. Multiple mentoring formats, including peer and group mentoring, broaden its use beyond one-to-one programs. Program templates and launch resources can also help teams move from setup to delivery without assembling every workflow from scratch. Calendar connections with Google, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams support meeting coordination within common workplace tools.
Brancher has two paid plans: Core provides self-service mentoring program management, enrolment and matching, training, goal tracking, surveys and live reporting.
