Our verdict on BRADsearch
BRADsearch is hosted website search for ecommerce catalogs, aimed at merchants who want shoppers to find products through more than exact-name queries. Its search handles typos, phonetic and partial matches, synonyms, and SKUs, while suggestions and dynamic filters help visitors narrow product results. Small merchants with SKU-heavy catalogs or shoppers who search in varied ways are a natural fit; stores looking for search across non-product content are outside its stated focus.
Search controls and analytics are central to the product. Merchants can pin, boost, or bury products, and the dashboard covers queries, clicks, zero-result searches, and revenue per search. Integrations are listed for Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Magento. The hosted service indexes product catalogs and synchronizes data, with Essentials providing daily sync and Essentials+ live sync. That makes BRADsearch more than a search box, but the value will depend on whether a store needs the merchandising controls and search-specific reporting.
According to the vendor's published monthly plans, Essentials costs €49 per month and includes standard dynamic filters and basic merchandising; Essentials+ costs €69 per month and adds custom filters and full merchandising controls. Enterprise includes everything in Essentials+, plus multi-store and multilingual search, dedicated onboarding and configuration, SLA and dedicated support, custom indexing and field configuration, and DPA and compliance documentation. Enterprise pricing is custom. These plans are scoped by monthly search volume, and displayed amounts exclude VAT.
