BookingPress is a WordPress appointment scheduling plugin for service businesses that need to publish booking forms, manage services and staff, collect payments, and send appointment notifications. It fits salons, fitness providers, clinics, rentals, repair services, and other organizations that operate through a WordPress site. The Free plan supports unlimited websites, appointments, and services, with a customizable booking form and PayPal payments. BookingPress runs on web and self-hosted environments, giving WordPress operators control over where the booking system is deployed.
Pricing is structured across free, annual, and lifetime licenses. Standard costs $89 per year or $229 as a one-time purchase and adds staff management, 22+ payment gateways, 45+ premium add-ons, and email, SMS, and WhatsApp reminders. Professional costs $139 per year or $379 one time, with use on up to 3 sites, 60+ premium add-ons, multi-location booking, recurring appointments, and packages. Enterprise costs $249 per year or $599 one time for up to 20 sites, Stripe POS, roles and capabilities, and REST API access. The paid tiers make the most sense for organizations that need staff, locations, payment, or integration depth beyond the free plan.
Calendar and workflow coverage is a strong part of the product. BookingPress supports two-way synchronization with Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars, plus group appointments, capacity management, recurring appointments, multi-service bookings, and online, deposit, or on-site payments. Notifications can use email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram, while reports export to CSV and PDF. Integrations include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zapier, Make, n8n, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, FluentCRM, AWeber, Omnisend, and ARMember. Choose it for WordPress-centered booking control; organizations wanting a standalone hosted scheduler should consider a different type of product.
