Blueprint gives therapists and behavioral-health practices a choice: use it alongside an existing EHR for AI documentation and clinical support, or use its all-in-one EHR workflow. The free Blueprint Core plan includes scheduling, telehealth, documentation, billing and insurance, and client management. AI features include generated progress notes, treatment plans, summaries and session preparation, with clinical chat and assistance for billing and client communications available in the broader offering. That combination makes Blueprint relevant to practices looking to bring administrative and clinical tasks into one workflow, as well as clinicians who want AI support without replacing their EHR.

Its plan structure reflects those two ways of working, though the options take some sorting. “Alongside your EHR” focuses on AI documentation and clinical, billing and communication support; an unlimited version adds unlimited sessions. The “All-in-one EHR” option groups AI assistance with scheduling, intake forms, telehealth, a client portal and insurance billing. Plus and Pro are also shown: Plus includes AI-generated notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, preparation, assessments and worksheets, while Pro adds clinical chat, clinical documents, and scheduling and insurance assistance. Enterprise brings annual contracts, volume discounts, custom templates, integrations and API access, and a dedicated success manager. The published plans show Blueprint Core at $0 per month and a 30-day free trial for paid usage.

Beyond documentation, Blueprint covers appointment scheduling and calendar sync, individual and group telehealth, digital intake and consent forms, client access through magic links, payments, invoices, superbills, and insurance eligibility and claims. It offers web, iOS and Android access, a Chrome extension, and integrations with SimplePractice, TherapyNotes and TheraNest. These capabilities make it a fit for practices that value a connected workflow and want AI support either beside an existing EHR or within a replacement. Practices seeking a straightforward standalone documentation tool, rather than a broader practice platform with several plan paths, may prefer a narrower option. Enterprise teams can consider its custom integration and support provisions; smaller practices can start with Core and assess whether the additional AI workflows suit their needs.
