A broad immigration practice platform for multi-country teams that can justify higher monthly pricing.

BlueDot is cloud-based immigration case and forms management software for immigration practitioners, law firms, schools, and companies managing employee immigration. Its scope covers customizable questionnaires, USCIS form automation, calendars, billing, reporting, document assembly, e-signatures, and case-status tracking. Supported case types include PERM, I-140, adjustment of status, H/L, EAD, and advance parole. With web and API access plus multi-country case support, BlueDot is aimed at established practices and organizations coordinating immigration work across teams or regions.
Pricing is structured by team size. The Per-User plan costs $100 per month for 1 user and 1 support license. Small Office costs $500 per month for up to 10 users and 3 support licenses; Mid Size costs $1,000 per month for up to 20 users; High Volume costs $1,500 per month for up to 40 users; and Enterprise costs $2,000 per month for up to 80 users. Each plan includes unlimited data storage. A 10-day trial is available in a shared sandbox without a card, and annual billing is 10% off. The pricing makes BlueDot more suitable for practices that need broad workflow coverage than for small teams seeking a low-cost entry point.
The platform’s ecosystem is a major part of its fit. It connects with Microsoft Office 365, Google Calendar, CorPay, PaySimple, Dropbox Sign, Twilio, and QuickBooks, while Power BI and third-party API connectivity support reporting and wider business workflows. Outlook 365 calendar integration, online payments, USCIS email notifications, speech-to-text notes, and document assembly extend the system beyond basic case tracking. Email and phone support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET. Choose BlueDot if your practice needs connected case, form, billing, and reporting workflows across multiple countries; consider another option if the monthly cost or team-based pricing is disproportionate to your operation.
