Residents can check balances and payment histories, pay online, vote in association meetings, receive announcements, and submit complaints. Administrators can manage residents, automate monthly billing based on apartment allocation rules, review financial reports, and track reported issues. Residents access the platform by invitation from an administrator, making it a fit for small residential associations coordinating shared finances and notices rather than a general property portfolio tool.
Its feature set centers on association operations: online payments through MIA QR and Visa/Mastercard, monthly expense views, digital voting with real-time results, and complaint tracking with automatic escalation.
