Blitzit suits focused weekly planning, with timers, recurrence, and calendar sync.

Blitzit is a personal productivity and daily-planning app for professionals and students. Its workflow divides work into Backlog, This Week, and Today columns, then helps users focus on one task at a time through Blitz Mode. Tasks can be scheduled once or repeatedly, with notes, subtasks, reminders, notifications, and time estimates. The app is available for macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, with the mobile apps described as beta.
Planning is the product's clearest strength. Blitzit combines prioritized task columns with Google Calendar event import and synchronization, so scheduled work can sit alongside calendar commitments. Its focus tools include Pomodoro, estimated-time, and time-tracking modes, while productivity reports provide a way to review work patterns. Blitzy adds AI-assisted task creation, and integrations include Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Claude, ChatGPT, Raycast, and webhooks for Zapier, n8n, Make, and IFTTT. This makes Blitzit a good fit for people who want weekly planning and focused execution in one workflow.
Pricing is straightforward but paid-only. The Monthly Plan costs $6.99 per month and includes all Blitzit features plus unlimited lists and tasks. The Annual Plan costs $4.99 per month when billed annually and adds all future updates alongside the same feature access and unlimited lists and tasks. A 7-day trial is available. Blitzit should appeal to users who value recurring scheduling, calendar synchronization, and built-in focus sessions. People seeking a free task manager, or those who need a mature mobile experience rather than beta apps, should consider alternatives.
