Bizzle is an AI back-office platform for small ecommerce businesses and owner-run teams. It brings ecommerce accounting, bookkeeping and operational workflows into one web-based product. Its ecommerce functions connect channels such as Shopify, Amazon and Etsy with card gateways, bank feeds and business communications. The accounting focus covers payout reconciliation, fee and refund visibility, product-level margin tracking, VAT recording, double-entry bookkeeping and audit trails. Invoices, quotes, payment chasing, receipt ingestion and supplier-invoice ingestion extend the platform beyond channel reconciliation.

The pricing structure is straightforward but entirely paid. Solo costs GBP 39 per business per month, billed monthly, and includes bank feeds, automatic reconciliation, invoicing, quotes, payment chasing, email and receipt ingestion, a morning digest, unlimited users and free accountant login. Team costs GBP 69 per business per month and adds an AI phone number, unified email, chat and WhatsApp inbox, CRM, bookings, review workflows, staff leave and records. Growing costs GBP 119 per business per month and adds payroll billed per payslip, cashflow forecasting, a compliance vault, renewals, multi-entity support and priority support. Bizzle Phone is a separate GBP 29 per month plan with an AI receptionist, UK number or existing-line forwarding, calendar bookings, missed-call textback and call transcription to the inbox. Prices exclude VAT.

Bizzle’s strongest fit is a UK ecommerce operator that wants bookkeeping breadth rather than a narrowly focused reconciliation tool. It supports multiple marketplaces, multi-currency, VAT rules, bank feeds, email, calendars, WhatsApp, web chat and Google reviews, while the Growing plan adds multi-entity support. Product-level margin tracking is useful for businesses that need channel fees, shipping and cost of goods reflected in profitability. The trade-off is inventory accounting, which is basic, and the product is in early access with phased rollout. Businesses needing deeper inventory accounting or a mature finance-department platform should consider an alternative; small teams wanting accounting, customer operations and phone handling together are the clearer match.
