Biyo POS is a cloud-based point-of-sale system for food trucks, restaurants, retail businesses, and other small to medium-sized operators. Its feature set covers sales, online ordering, inventory, staff access, reporting, menus, product variations, and contactless payments. Food truck operators get support for mobile operations across web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, making Biyo a fit for businesses that need more than a basic counter checkout system.
Pricing is structured around processing and terminal usage. Premium + Processing costs $0 per month, includes all features and integrations, and adds 24/7 online support and phone support; it is available only to US businesses using Biyo processing. Standard costs $47 per terminal per month or $470 per terminal per year, with all features, all integrations, and 24/7 online support. Premium costs $97 per terminal per month or $970 per terminal per year, adding 24/7 phone support alongside online support. A 14-day free trial is also available. The paid tiers allow other card processing providers, while the processing-based plan avoids monthly software fees.
Biyo’s strongest fit is a food truck that needs operational breadth: offline transaction processing with later synchronization, online ordering from its website, centralized inventory across locations, mobile inventory scanning, staff PINs and varied access levels, and reporting by location, employee, or time period. Contactless payments include NFC, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Choose Biyo when these connected capabilities matter across a mobile or multi-location operation. It is less suitable for businesses that cannot use Biyo processing in the US free plan, want pricing that does not vary by terminal, or require offline transactions without later synchronization.
