BitNinja is a Linux server security platform for hosting providers, system administrators, VPS operators, and infrastructure teams. It combines quick signature and hash scanning with deep structural malware scanning, real-time file-change monitoring, threat quarantine, file restoration, cloud AI malware analysis, PHP sandbox analysis, automated attacker blocking, and honeypots. A centralized multi-server dashboard supports administration across web, Linux, iOS, Android, and API access.
Pricing is structured around server capacity and hosted-user limits. VPS Free costs $0 monthly and supports up to 2 vCPU, up to 2 GB RAM, and up to 10 hosted users, while the free anti-malware utility does not include quarantine or cleaning. VPS 6 costs $8 per server per month and supports up to 4 vCPU, up to 8 GB RAM, and up to 10 hosted users. Solo costs $16 for a single hosted user; Standard costs $29 for 2–40 hosted users per server; Pro costs $42 for 41–250 hosted users; and Unlimited costs $52 for unlimited hosted users. A 7-day free trial is also available.
BitNinja fits environments that need centralized oversight across multiple servers and hosting panels. Integrations include cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Enhance, ISPmanager, and 360 Monitoring, giving hosting operators several established management paths. Its scanner supports scheduled scans and automatic remediation, while PHP sandboxing and cloud AI analysis add specialized investigation options. The main trade-off is focus: the product is designed around Linux server security and per-server administration. Choose it when server malware detection, monitoring, quarantine, and automated response are priorities; choose another category of tool when the primary need is broad, general-purpose endpoint coverage.
