Core workflows include bidder registration and approval, automatic and absentee bidding, invoices, auction analytics, livestreaming, tax, VAT, commission configuration, and buyer, seller, and auction-house details. Small auction houses can start with the free Bidder plan, while operators can choose paid models for running auctions and presenting them through a branded site.

The published plans show three distinct routes. Bidder covers viewing auctions and items, registering, and bidding. Pay As You Go has no upfront costs or long-term contract, and combines a 0.5% to 0.25% commission with a white-label website and private URL. Monthly Contract also has no upfront costs, but uses a fixed monthly subscription fee; it includes no auction fee, no commission costs, a white-label website, and a private URL.
