Biashara ERP is a Kenya-focused cloud ERP for retailers and other growing organizations, with browser-based access across phones, tablets and desktop computers. Its retail scope combines point-of-sale checkout, barcode inventory, purchasing, double-entry accounting, customer management and multi-branch operations. Retailers can manage stock transfers, purchase orders, goods-received notes, financial reporting and fiscal sales registers in one platform. The product is particularly suited to businesses that need more than checkout and stock tracking, including those working with M-Pesa and KRA eTIMS.
Pricing is organized across several monthly KES plans. Visionary Trader costs KES 300 per month for a product catalog, POS sales, profit and sales totals, and expenses. Retail Kiosk is KES 500 per month with POS checkout, catalog, expenses and stock adjustments. Retail Starter costs KES 1,200 per month and adds purchases and suppliers, expense tracking and stock adjustments, while Starter costs KES 1,499 per month with core POS, catalog and supplier basics. Retail Growth is KES 2,500 per month for CRM, customers and an analytics dashboard. Growth costs KES 3,999 per month for analytics, accounts, CRM and deeper reporting. Enterprise costs KES 8,999 per month and includes unlimited seats, full module access and priority roadmap input. Document Studio costs KES 450 per month for quotations, invoices and branded documents. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
The main differentiator is breadth within a retail workflow. Barcode labels, stock valuation, branch-level visibility, centralized inventory and consolidated reporting cover operational and financial needs, while M-Pesa Daraja, eTIMS, webhooks and API support connect the system to local payments and wider workflows. AI Copilot adds reorder suggestions, demand forecasting and margin analysis. That range makes Biashara ERP a practical choice for retailers needing connected accounting and operations at a low entry price. Businesses seeking only simple invoicing or checkout may find the wider ERP structure and tier selection more than they need.
