Betterworks is a hosted performance management platform for HR leaders, managers, and employees. It connects organizational, team, and individual goals with OKRs, feedback, review conversations, one-on-ones, calibration, skills intelligence, and talent decisions. Its feature set is aimed at mid-market and enterprise organizations that want continuous performance workflows alongside talent intelligence rather than a standalone talent-profile system.

The published plans show a Performance tier at $8 per user per month, billed monthly. It includes goals and OKRs, feedback, review conversations, 1:1 meetings, AI assistance, and SSO access. At $9 per user per month, Performance + Talent Intelligence adds everything in Performance, plus anytime calibration, succession and talent mobility, skills intelligence, unified talent profiles, and individual development plans. The Enterprise plan uses custom pricing and adds transformational program design, engagement, in-app guides, change management services, and signature support. There is no free plan.

Betterworks fits organizations that need goal alignment and performance cycles connected to broader talent decisions. Its integrations span HRIS, calendar, collaboration, productivity, learning, and CRM tools, including BambooHR, UKG, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel 365, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Jira, Asana, GitHub, Slack, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and Salesforce. The platform also supports iOS, Android, web, and API access. Choose it when performance management is the central workflow and skills intelligence should sit alongside it; organizations seeking a narrowly focused talent-intelligence product may prefer a more specialized option.
