Beonflow is a web-based fund-operations platform designed for German venture capital funds and small fund teams. It brings together investor onboarding, LP registers, screening, capital calls, distributions, capital accounts, investor reporting and compliance workflows. LPs can access documents and performance information through an investor portal, while role-based access and an immutable audit trail support controlled fund administration. The platform is also onboarding design partners during a private beta.

Its strongest focus is the combination of investor screening and AI-assisted fund work. Beonflow supports KYC, AML, PEP, sanctions and adverse-media screening, alongside document extraction and queries against fund data. Operational workflows cover capital-call preparation, issuance and payment reconciliation, distribution processing, waterfall-based allocation calculations, capital-account statements and investor records. NAV, performance and quarterly investor reporting are included in the product scope, giving small teams a central place to manage recurring investor operations.

The platform suits funds that want to consolidate onboarding, compliance, calls, distributions, reporting and investor access in one system. It is available through the web, and commercial pricing is planned to scale with fund size and module usage; design partners receive access free during the private beta. Beonflow is less suitable for teams seeking an all-in-one accounting system, because fund bookkeeping remains with the fund’s tax advisor and the Ledger module is in development. Funds prioritizing screening, investor workflows and AI queries should consider it, while teams whose primary requirement is built-in bookkeeping should look elsewhere.
