Beekeeper is a mobile-first employee communications and workflow platform for frontline and deskless employees. Teams can receive targeted updates, communicate through chat, access company information, and complete operational tasks from mobile devices. Its audience includes organizations in hospitality, retail, manufacturing, construction, and healthcare, with fit across small, mid-market, and enterprise companies. Beekeeper is now part of LumApps and was founded in 2012.
Pricing is handled through sales or a demo contact. LumApps states that Beekeeper remains available and that existing customer pricing, contracts, logins, and support contacts remain in place. The platform runs on web, iOS, and Android, with cloud and mobile deployment. Its ecosystem includes 500 integrations, including Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG, giving organizations connection points for workforce, service, and human-capital systems.
The strongest fit is frontline communication that needs targeting and follow-through: announcements can be directed by role, shift, or location; campaigns track readership and support follow-up; and inline translation helps deliver communications in multiple languages. Surveys, polls, configurable forms, task assignments, checklists, and automated workflows extend the product into feedback collection and routine operations. Organizations focused on mobile-first frontline channels should find this breadth useful, while teams that require email publishing should choose a platform with that capability.
