A flat-price, web-based system with strong job workflows and a 30-day trial.

Barnabas is cloud-based CRM and job-management software for small pressure washing and other service businesses. It brings customer records, job history, estimates, branded online approvals, scheduling, dispatch, route planning, recurring service plans, invoicing, online payments and customer messaging into one system. Its feature set fits operators managing the full path from lead and estimate to scheduled work, payment requests and follow-up.
Pricing is straightforward. The Monthly plan costs $47.50 per month and includes all features, with no per-user fees, setup fee or long-term contract. The Annual plan costs $456 per year, includes all features and provides 20% savings. Both plans include the same feature set, and a 30-day trial is available. The trial requires a card, although no charge is made during the trial. This structure suits small teams that want predictable pricing without adding seats as the business grows.
Barnabas is strongest when a business needs a focused operating system for recurring field service work. Automatically ordered route stops, recurring plans that generate jobs, staged payment requests, Stripe payments, Quo two-way SMS and automated appointment and overdue-invoice reminders cover practical daily workflows. QuickBooks export and Wave invoice mirroring extend the accounting workflow, while listed integrations also include Google Search Console and Zelle. The trade-off is platform and ecosystem breadth: Barnabas is web-only and has fewer integrations. Choose it for a browser-based, all-in-one workflow with a long trial; businesses needing broader platform coverage or more integration options should consider an alternative.
