It combines online appointment booking, client records, booking history, reminders, walk-in queue management, payments and analytics. Clients book through a browser, while shops can use branded booking pages, team calendars and kiosk mode for self check-in. Its focus suits solo barbers and small teams that want core booking and client-management tools without requiring a client app.
The pricing structure starts with Free, which costs €0 forever and includes a branded booking page, online appointment scheduling, client management with booking history, and review emails after appointments. PRO Individual costs €17.99 per month and adds online booking, client CRM, email and WhatsApp reminders, payment integrations, marketing and analytics. PRO Team costs €17.99 per barber per month and includes everything in PRO Individual, plus individual calendars, individual CRM per barber, multi-user access and priority support. A 21-day free trial is also available. This makes the Free plan suitable for basic scheduling, while paid plans are aimed at businesses that need reminders, payments, reporting or team access.
Barbify connects with Stripe, SumUp, Dojo and WhatsApp, and supports digital queues, business analytics, multi-user calendars and kiosk check-in through the web platform. Those features give a small shop a broader operating workflow than booking alone. However, the platform is web-only and does not provide a client mobile app. It also lacks verified inventory, commissions and memberships.
