Barberr is booking and appointment-management software for barber shops, covering solo barbers, teams and multi-location businesses. Its core tools include an online booking link, public booking page, embeddable website widget and an iPad-ready daily calendar. Shops can also manage staff schedules, split shifts, time off, customer cancellations and rescheduling, deposits, reports, waitlists and multi-location operations.

Pricing is paid monthly, with plans built around shop size. Solo costs £19 per month, while Small shop costs £49 per month and Busy shop costs £79 per month. Each published plan includes unlimited bookings and locations, an embeddable booking widget, WhatsApp and SMS automations, an iPad-optimised calendar and a customer self-service portal. Pricing is stated as inclusive of VAT in the terms, and there is no booking commission. SMS and WhatsApp usage charges are additional, at 6p and 4p per message respectively, so messaging volume should be considered alongside the subscription.

Barberr fits shops that want booking and day-to-day scheduling in one web service rather than a separate client application. Stripe handles deposits and online payments, while Twilio and WordPress extend messaging and website coverage. Automatic waitlist notifications are useful for filling openings, and staff scheduling supports split shifts and time off. The product is a focused choice for small shops that need booking, reminders, payments and waitlists without a free tier. Shops requiring a client app or a non-paid starting option should look for an alternative.
