A broad digital signage suite for distributed organizations with complex communication needs.

AxisTV Signage Suite is an enterprise digital signage platform for organizations coordinating communications across displays, video walls, touchscreens, room signs, webpages and mobile devices. Visix positions it for corporate campuses, universities, healthcare systems, government facilities and other distributed environments. The suite combines desktop design, browser-based content management and a playback engine, with support for scheduled playlists, templates, media imports, layered zones, animations and transitions. Its broad content support includes text, graphics, video, audio, web content, HTML5, presentations, documents, feeds, streams, social media and alerts.
Its plan structure maps to organization size and administrative complexity. AxisTV One supports one content-management user and up to 25 media players, while AxisTV Team adds shared content management for small teams and supports up to 50 players. AxisTV Workgroup provides departmental content management for up to 100 players. AxisTV Campus includes unlimited users and media players alongside higher-education-oriented features. AxisTV Enterprise also includes unlimited users and media players, with suborganizations, data integration and SSO capabilities. There is no free plan, so buyers should select a tier based on both operational scale and governance requirements.
Emergency communication and data-driven publishing are the suite’s clearest differentiators. CAP-based emergency alerting can override playlists, while integrations include Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, EMS, Google Calendar, CollegeNET 25Live, Excel, Google Sheets, XML, JSON, RSS, Alertus, Everbridge and Rave Mobile Safety. Permissions, approval workflows, SAML 2.0 single sign-on and analytics for messages, playlists and users support centralized oversight. Organizations needing coordinated alerts across many endpoints should consider AxisTV Signage Suite; smaller teams seeking a simple, low-administration signage tool may find its tiered structure and advanced governance features more than they need.
