Axelor Open Suite is a modular, open-source ERP for organizations managing finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, projects, CRM, and related operations. It provides more than 30 business applications and supports small and medium-sized businesses, mid-market companies, large groups, and public-sector organizations. Web, iOS, Android, API, and self-hosted options support different operating models, while mobile access covers stock, manufacturing, sales, and other modules.
Pricing is structured across three editions. Community is free and includes an open-source platform, essential modules, and community support. Pro costs €35 per user per month with monthly billing and adds a commercial license, all business modules, updates, e-invoicing, standard support, and Axelor AI. Enterprise costs €55 per user per month with monthly billing and adds a built-in AI module, advanced BI, CAS / SSO, priority support, Advanced Studio, and advanced import/export. The tier structure gives smaller firms a low-cost entry point while reserving several higher-value capabilities for paid plans.
Axelor’s breadth is a central strength: accounting entries and automated financial postings sit alongside inventory control, sales and purchasing workflows, manufacturing orders, bills of materials, scheduling, workshop management, CRM, portals, low-code Studio customization, and BPM workflows. RESTful API connectivity and integrations with Axelor Connect, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, Shopify, Stripe, and Microsoft 365 Excel support a wider operating ecosystem. Choose Axelor when open-source deployment, mobile access, and broad operational coverage matter. Organizations that specifically need advanced BI, CAS / SSO, or priority support should look to Enterprise rather than Community or Pro.
