Axacute review
A traceability-focused system for manufacturing warehouses and production teams.

Axacute is cloud-based inventory and production management software for small and midsize manufacturing companies. It covers warehouse workflows from goods receiving and putaway through picking, packing, shipping, transfers, and inventory counting. Manufacturing teams can manage raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, production activities, lot traceability, expiry dates, and barcode operations in one system. Its strongest fit is for operations that need detailed inventory movement and material traceability rather than a general-purpose stock list.
The published plans range from Free to Enterprise. Free costs $0 per month for up to 2 users and includes basic inventory and production operations. Starter costs $25 per user per month monthly, or $20 per user per month with annual billing, and covers basic warehouse inventory operations. Professional costs $55 monthly or $45 annually per user, adding inventory and shop-floor labor operations. Enterprise costs $75 monthly or $60 annually per user, with machine utilization tracking and full features. A 14-day free trial is also available. This structure gives smaller teams a low-commitment entry point while tying shop-floor and machine-focused capabilities to higher tiers.
Axacute also supports an open REST API, CSV and Excel import and export, and connections with ERP systems, accounting systems, and QuickBooks. Barcode and QR-code scanning, label generation, mobile-device inventory counting, multi-warehouse location management, and FIFO/FEFO allocation give the product useful operational depth. It can operate independently or connect with existing business systems, but its platform and integration coverage is narrower than a broader inventory ecosystem. Choose Axacute when receiving, fulfillment, manufacturing materials, and traceability are central requirements. Consider an alternative if you need wider platform coverage or a larger catalog of named integrations.
