A detailed Windows cash-modeling tool for teams that need long-range forecasts.

Awesome Forecast is a paid cash-flow forecasting application for company accountants, finance directors, accounting firms, business sellers, banks, and private-equity or MBO work. It works with Microsoft Excel and connects profit-and-loss forecasts, balance-sheet information, and cash-flow projections through double-entry bookkeeping. The application supports forecasts of up to five years, budgets and historical data, daily cash-flow views, 13-week forecasts, scenario analysis, and rolling current-year-end estimates using actual results.
Its strongest fit is for finance teams that need both long-range planning and short-term cash visibility. Users can customise the chart of accounts and account codes, add budgets and historical data, forecast DSO and DPO payment terms, and generate graphs and charts automatically. The Full – Unlimited plan includes unlimited users, unlimited forecasts in any currency, forecasts up to five years, daily and 13-week cash-flow forecasts, and scenario analysis. Forecasts can also be exported, while Microsoft Excel provides the listed integration point.
The product’s Windows-only platform limits its fit for teams working across other operating systems, and its Excel-based integration may be narrow for organisations seeking a broader software ecosystem. Optional services are billed annually: the Full Set Up Service costs £900 per year and includes setup by a qualified accountant, historical data entry, and forecast configuration; the Unlimited Email/Telephone Support Package costs £250 per year and includes unlimited email and telephone support. A 14-day trial is available. Choose Awesome Forecast for structured, multi-year cash modeling on Windows; consider an alternative if cross-platform access or wider integrations is essential.
