Our verdict on AWA
AWA is a music streaming service operated by AWA Co. Ltd. It combines on-demand playback with playlist creation and publishing, lyrics, ad-free listening, highlight playback and downloaded offline playback on supported mobile devices. Its community layer adds comments, chat and live streaming, giving it a clear fit for listeners who want to share music and participate in live audio interactions. Windows and macOS desktop applications are available alongside iOS and Android apps.
The plan structure separates casual access from fuller playback options. Free includes on-demand playback, playlist creation and publishing, ad-free listening, lyrics and highlight playback. Standard adds unlimited full-track playback, offline playback and unlimited playback time; the published starting price is 270. Student provides Standard plan features for eligible students, while Artist focuses on full playback of selected artists' music, downloads and artist-specific benefits.
