AVOXI Flow Builder is a web-based visual call-flow configuration tool for businesses and contact centers. Teams can create IVR menus with DTMF input and automated greetings, then route calls to teams, users, SIP URIs, external numbers, or voicemail. It is suited to organizations managing voice operations across regions, contact-center platforms, and UCaaS environments, particularly when routing logic needs to connect with customer or business systems.
The standout capability is the visual call-flow canvas, which brings several routing conditions into one configuration workflow. Flows can use conditional, time-based, percentage-based, and failover routing, while webhook-based API calls can send requests to external systems. CRM and business-app credential connections support integrations with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Help Scout, Freshdesk, ActiveCampaign, and Microsoft Dynamics.
