Aussie Mailman provides Australian postal and virtual addresses for individuals, travellers, expatriates and businesses. Mail arrives at a Sydney mailbox, where it can be held securely, identified online, scanned for viewing, or forwarded. The service also handles parcels and mail drops. Its web access and forwarding options make it relevant to people who need an Australian mailing address while living or travelling elsewhere, particularly those arranging international parcel forwarding.

The plans separate pay-per-use service from memberships. Pay-per-use Standard has no monthly charge and no scanning; mail receipt and forwarding are charged per item. Pay-per-use Gold also has no monthly charge, with envelope and content scanning available, while receipt and forwarding remain charged per item. Standard memberships for either 1–6 or 7–12 months include mail forwarding and holding, envelope-front scanning, and secure online mail identification and storage. Gold memberships for either term include envelope-front scanning and online identification and storage, with content scanning available. Memberships require an advance services and postage deposit in addition to membership fees. Pay-per-use also has a setup fee and per-item charges.

Forwarding can be requested on demand or scheduled, and destinations may be in Australia or overseas. That combination, alongside parcel receipt and secure holding, gives the service more scope than a mailbox limited to document scans. Gold is the more relevant choice when viewing envelope contents online matters; Standard keeps scans to the envelope front, while Pay-per-use Standard offers no scanning. Prospective customers should compare membership deposits and fees with per-item costs against how often they expect to receive and forward mail. Aussie Mailman is suited to those who need a Sydney-based address and forwarding flexibility; those seeking a free plan or a non-Australian address should look elsewhere.
