Atwork is a cloud-based, no-code workspace for HR and People teams managing recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, reviews, employee records and internal requests. Its HR tools combine structured records, forms, tasks, documents, dashboards and automations. Teams can track candidates from application through offer, assign checklist owners and due dates, and route leave or equipment requests into organized records. Employees can submit forms, while workflows handle notifications, email and connected-tool actions. Atwork positions the HR offering as a complement to a full HRIS rather than a replacement for payroll, statutory reporting or benefits administration.
Pricing offers a useful entry point for smaller teams. The Free plan costs $0 forever and includes up to 5 members, unlimited tasks and docs, and all core views. The Pro plan is $12 per seat per month and adds unlimited members, automations and workflows, dashboards and insights, and custom AI agents. Business costs $24 per seat per month and adds SSO and SAML, advanced permissions and roles, scheduled triggers and event automations, and a full audit log. Enterprise adds a dedicated success manager, SCIM and DLP, data residency and audit logs, plus a custom AI budget and SLA. Choose the tier based on required automation, identity controls and governance.
The main strength is workflow depth: triggers can respond to record changes, schedules, buttons, form submissions and email, while conditions support field comparisons, date windows and AND/OR groups. Permissions and roles can restrict sensitive people, salary and performance data, and dashboards and reports use HR workflow data. The platform is available on the web and through an API, with connections including Telegram, Slack, LinkedIn, IMAP and SMTP email, Google Calendar, CalDAV, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Zapier and Make. Atwork suits teams that need configurable HR processes around an existing HRIS. Organizations seeking payroll, statutory reporting or benefits administration should choose a dedicated HRIS alongside it.
