Atureen brings checkout and business oversight together for Indonesian small and medium-sized businesses, including food stalls, cafés and retail shops. Its Android and Windows POS apps support QRIS, cash and bank transfers, while a web dashboard and mobile Manager app provide sales and operating views. Offline transaction recording is a practical fit for businesses that cannot count on a steady connection: transactions can sync when connectivity returns. Stock tracking, shift closing and cash reconciliation cover day-to-day shop operations, with branch comparisons aimed at owners managing more than one location.

The published plans begin with Jalan, a free tier with QRIS and cash checkout, shift closing, basic cash recap and offline recording. Start costs IDR 79,000 per business per month and adds daily cash recaps, sales reports and best-selling product reporting. Ops is IDR 239,000 per business per month, adding WhatsApp recaps, product-level stock, cost and margin tracking, automatic QRIS/cash discrepancy handling, discounts, promo codes and QR ordering. Command, at IDR 499,000 per business per month, adds a branch comparison heatmap, multi-branch owner dashboard, recaps to multiple WhatsApp numbers, custom dashboard and API access. A 14-day free trial is also offered.

The product’s strength is an operationally focused feature set: transactions can reduce stock automatically, and owners can review cash, product performance and branch comparisons without treating checkout as the whole system. Windows support for thermal printers may suit counter setups, though hardware is third-party and its cost is separate from the plans. WhatsApp is the listed integration, and support channels include documentation. Atureen is a sensible fit for smaller Indonesian operators who want offline-capable checkout plus inventory and cash visibility at a local-currency monthly price. Businesses whose purchase depends on a broader integration ecosystem or extensive hardware coverage should compare alternatives before choosing.

Atureen pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Records transactions offline and syncs when connectivity returns
    • Tracks stock, product costs and margins alongside QRIS and cash sales
    • Compares branch performance and sends daily WhatsApp summaries
  • Where it doesn't
    • Paid plans are priced per business per month
    • Only WhatsApp is listed as an integration
    • Hardware costs are excluded from the plans
