ATLAS combines a cloud recruitment CRM and ATS with applicant-screening, sourcing and outreach tools. It is aimed at staffing and executive-search agencies, with fit across small, mid-market and enterprise teams. Screening criteria can be generated from a job description and edited into required, preferred and nice-to-have categories. Applicant scores include evidence and rationale, while emailed CVs are parsed into structured records. AI search, talent pools, pipeline tracking, transcription, reports and recruitment KPI dashboards extend the workflow beyond initial review.

The published monthly plans show Atlas Basic at £105 per user, with AI candidate sourcing, unlimited searches, talent pools, pipeline tracking, outreach sequences and ATS integrations. Atlas Premium costs £135 per user per month and adds contact enrichment with verified mobile numbers and personal emails. Both plans state a 12-month commitment, and a 14-day free trial is available. Agency & Enterprise deployments add consolidated billing across desks, security and DPA review, a custom onboarding programme, a named account contact and volume licence discounts; larger deployments are available by quote.

ATLAS runs on the web, with a Chrome extension and open API for extending workflows. Listed integrations include CoRecruit, Recruitcha, Talin, Broadbean, OneUp Sales, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Ringover, RingCentral, idibu and Vente AI, plus its own API and extension connections. Chat and documentation support are provided, and GDPR is listed as a compliance feature. Agencies that want sourcing, screening and recruitment operations in one environment should find the breadth relevant. Teams seeking a lower monthly commitment, or software outside staffing and executive search, should compare alternatives before choosing.
