aTimeLogger is a mobile-first time tracking application for individuals logging work, projects, habits and daily activities. Its one-tap timers, pause and resume controls, simultaneous activity tracking, goals, reminders and offline mobile support suit personal work logs and activity tracking. It runs across iOS, Android, macOS and the web, with reports, groups, tags, calendar integration, Pomodoro and countdown timers, custom fields, and CSV or HTML export available across its feature set.

The pricing structure starts with a Free plan covering one-tap tracking, pause and resume, widgets, Apple Watch and Wear OS support, plus Siri Shortcuts and Tasker. Standard costs $5.99 one-time and adds unlimited categories, groups and tags, simultaneous activities, time-based goals, reports and reminders. Premium costs $10.99 one-time and adds Pomodoro and Countdown, calendar integration, advanced statistics, occurrence-based goals and custom fields. Premium Sync costs $4.99 per month and includes the Premium features along with cross-device synchronization, a web application, PDF export in the web app and an MCP-based AI assistant.

For solo users, the combination of offline mobile tracking, automation, reporting and flexible activity organization gives aTimeLogger a broad personal tracking toolkit without requiring a recurring payment for the first two paid tiers. Custom fields and hourly-rate calculations support solo billable tracking, while the REST API, calendar integration and device automation improve its fit within personal workflows. The boundaries are clearer for teams: team management and approvals are not included, and there is no built-in invoice generator. Choose aTimeLogger for affordable, mobile-centered personal tracking; choose another option when collaborative project control or built-in invoicing is central.
