Asora is a cloud platform for single- and multi-family offices managing complex portfolios across entities and currencies. It brings together data from banks, custodians, brokerage accounts, liquid investments, and private assets, with access through web, iOS, and Android apps. Its audience includes family offices, UHNW principals, advisors, trustees, and accountants that need portfolio oversight, performance reporting, asset-level accounting, and private-asset lifecycle tracking in one system. The product is particularly suited to private-asset owners seeking polished reporting alongside detailed portfolio administration.

The platform’s breadth is its main strength. It provides automated aggregation, daily-updated portfolio views, time-weighted returns, IRR, MOIC, benchmarking, risk and exposure analytics, and tracking for gains, income, fees, tax, and book cost. Private-asset capabilities cover valuations, commitments, capital calls, and distributions. Users can create customizable PDF reports and live dashboards, link documents to assets and entities, and manage workflow tasks, approvals, permissions, and audit controls. Canoe Intelligence supports automated alternative-fund data ingestion, while two-factor authentication is available for mobile access.

Pricing reflects that broad scope. The Entry tier costs $900 per month with annual billing and includes full platform access, unlimited users, and no feature gating. A Data aggregation add-on costs $3,600 per year and adds 20 extra investment accounts. The Alternative fund holdings add-on costs $3,600 per year, the Private cloud add-on costs $4,000 per year, and onboarding costs $3,900 one time. Asora fits organizations that value consolidated reporting and private-asset workflows enough to support this pricing structure. It is less suitable for smaller portfolios or buyers seeking a low-cost, narrowly focused portfolio tool.
