ArtMoney is a Windows desktop memory editor and debugger for modifying values in games. It is aimed at users who need more than basic value changes, including searches across processes, files, folders, disks, and emulator memory. Typical targets include money, health, ammunition, and other game data. The vendor offers a free Special Edition and paid Pro editions, while stating that ArtMoney is not intended for multiplayer or online games.

Its strongest case is feature depth. ArtMoney can search exact, range, unknown, encoded, sequence, and formula-based values, then edit or freeze them using four freeze modes. Pointer scanning, module addressing, structure searches, process saving and loading, and hotkeys for changing values while in games add control for repeat workflows. The tool also includes a disassembler, debugger, breakpoints, code replacement, and NOP instruction editing. Game emulator memory support extends its use beyond standard Windows game processes.

The free Special Edition includes memory and value searching, while ArtMoney Pro is listed at a $24.90 one-time price and adds all PRO features, free updates for ArtMoney v8 Pro, and technical support via email for five years. ArtMoney Pro VIP Edition provides a personalized PRO version with renamed program and process identifiers and is described as undetectable by other programs or games. The Pro license allows an unlimited number of copies on the registered user's computers. Choose ArtMoney for advanced Windows memory work and debugging; users needing another platform or multiplayer-game support should look elsewhere.
