Arrenda is cloud-based lease-accounting software for CFOs, controllers, accountants, and finance teams. It uses AI to extract lease data from PDF contracts, supports manual review before saving, and generates IFRS 16 and ASC 842 finance-lease amortisation schedules. The product also creates lease-related journal entries, supports multi-currency calculations, and handles stepped rent escalations, advance and arrears payments, and zero IBR.

Monthly pricing starts with Starter at $79, including core features and email support with a 48-hour response. Pro costs $149 monthly and adds priority support with a 24-hour response. Business costs $249 monthly and adds dedicated onboarding and a quarterly check-in call. Enterprise costs $399 monthly and adds a dedicated account manager, a 99.9% uptime guarantee, custom contract and invoicing, and priority feature requests. A seven-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

Arrenda’s workflow is centered on turning PDF lease contracts into reviewed accounting records, schedules, journal entries, and Excel or Word exports. GL-code mapping is compatible with SAP, Oracle, and Abacus, giving finance teams a defined path into those ecosystems. Its scope is narrower for larger portfolios: the verified lease limit is five, and ASC 842 operating-lease support is coming soon. Choose Arrenda for a small lease portfolio needing both major finance-lease standards and structured exports; teams with more than five leases or a current need for ASC 842 operating-lease support should consider another option.
