Arkiwera is a SaaS platform for organizations preserving websites, social media feeds, and SharePoint sites. Its social media archiving covers Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn, capturing posts together with comments and reactions. Authorities, municipalities, companies, associations, and other organizations can use it for regulatory, historical, or business archiving needs. The product is especially suited to teams that need searchable archive files in recognized formats rather than a general social media management workspace.

Its strongest area is collection and archive depth. Teams can run scheduled or on-demand collections, configure collection start and end dates, search and filter archived posts, and retain versioned archival copies. Clickable snapshots add a navigable view of captured content. The published Basic licence includes automated collection schedules, a search interface, free data exports, at least 50 GB of storage, and a support team. According to the vendor's pricing description, annual licensing is priced by usage, while the contact-sales model means buyers need a conversation with the vendor to scope the subscription.

Export flexibility makes Arkiwera a practical fit for records teams working with portable archives. It supports HTML and WARC archival formats, with HTML exports packaged as ZIP files, and also supports ZIP and WARC downloads. That standards-based approach is useful when archives need to be stored or reviewed outside the service. The trade-off is a narrower ecosystem: Arkiwera is web-based and does not include integrations or legal holds in its listed scope. Choose it when scheduled social capture, searchable versions, and archive-file exports are the priority. Organizations needing connected workflows or formal legal-hold capabilities should consider an alternative.
