ARK TMS is a cloud-based transportation management system for U.S. freight brokerages. It brings quote, load, dispatch, and shipment workflows together with carrier onboarding, compliance review, tracking, documents, billing, and accounting synchronization. Brokerages can invite carriers, review packets, approve or reject them, monitor authority and insurance, record ratings and service history, and manage shipment documents such as rate confirmations, bills of lading, proof of delivery, invoices, and e-signatures.

Pricing is built around a paid ARK TMS plan at $199 per user per month, billed monthly. That plan includes loads and carrier management, tracking and documents, and billing and QuickBooks workflows. ARK Tracking is a separate usage-based option at $2 per billable tracking session for driver tracking requests and load visibility. Managed EDI costs $349 per connection per month and includes 5,000 messages. REST API Enterprise provides REST API access in private preview. This structure suits brokerages that want a central system but should be evaluated against expected user, tracking, and EDI requirements.

The platform fits brokerages that need a connected carrier operations stack across web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and API access. Integrations include QuickBooks Online, MacroPoint, TruckerTools, Truckstop Load Posting, MyCarrierPortal, RMIS, Highway, and project44, while the REST API supports authorized scripts and integrations. Its strongest case is breadth across carrier workflows rather than a narrow tracking or compliance tool. Brokerages seeking integrated onboarding, compliance monitoring, visibility, documents, and billing should consider ARK TMS; teams needing a lower-cost entry point or broadly available API access may prefer an alternative.
