Arianis review
A focused cloud tool for traceable production records, priced for specialist workflows.

Arianis is cloud software for stock, production protocols, manufacturing records and batch traceability. Cerebellis positions it for laboratories and regulated industries such as medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics, biotechnology and food supplements. Its small- and mid-market fit makes it relevant to teams that need documented production processes and traceable records, rather than a general inventory system covering a broader set of purchasing and sales workflows.
The product’s strongest case is its production-record depth. Teams can track stock quantities, locations and expiry dates, receive low-stock and expiry email alerts, and scan QR codes and barcodes with a smartphone or webcam. Guided production workflows pair with quality checks and deviation documentation; batch genealogy supports traceability in both directions. UDI and configurable label generation, timestamped audit trails, and CSV and PDF exports extend that recordkeeping. Arianis is designed to coexist with an ERP, with ERP connectors listed, so it may suit manufacturers seeking a specialist traceability layer rather than an ERP replacement.
According to Cerebellis’s published pricing, the annual subscription is €2,650 for one user, billed annually. Reader-only licenses are free and do not count toward the total. An accompanied pilot costs €990 for three months on a real operating scope with vendor support; that amount is deducted if the customer subscribes to the annual plan. Prices are displayed excluding tax. Cerebellis also offers deployment and configuration support and says the service is hosted in France. Arianis is a fit when controlled production records, expiry handling and auditability justify a specialist subscription; teams seeking broader inventory operations or a general ERP should look elsewhere.
