ARDOR is a coach-led fitness app for individual athletes who want programming adjusted to their goals, schedule, available equipment, readiness, and progression. Its adaptive system evolves workouts using development and recorded history, while automatic scaling adjusts sessions to the athlete. Personalized schedules, workout duration, goals, progress tracking, coach videos, notes, and workout insight support a guided training experience. Community features and relative leaderboards add a social layer, and the library includes more than 500 videos and exercises.

Pricing is straightforward but requires a paid subscription. The Annual Plan costs $119.99 per year and includes personalized programs with evolving workouts. The Monthly Plan costs $19.99 per month with the same highlighted program feature. The published pricing page specifies a 14-day free trial, and there is no free plan. For athletes who expect to train consistently, the annual option lowers the effective monthly cost compared with paying month to month; the monthly plan offers a shorter commitment.

ARDOR’s strongest fit is its combination of coach-led instruction, adaptive progression, equipment-aware programming, and community features within an iPhone and iPad app. It supports multiple fitness styles and uses Pat Vellner’s training as the basis for its programming. The trade-offs are platform and ecosystem scope: Android support is intended for release in 2026, while wearable synchronization and integrations are not offered. Choose ARDOR if adaptive coach-led programming and community features matter on Apple devices. Choose another app if Android access, integrations, or wearable syncing is essential.
