ArborXR is a cloud platform for organizations operating virtual and augmented reality fleets. Administrators can enroll and configure headsets, deploy apps, 360 videos, files, and WebXR content, organize devices with groups and tags, and control the in-headset experience through single-app kiosk mode or a multi-app launcher. It supports web, Android, and API access, with compatibility spanning Meta Quest, PICO, HTC VIVE, Samsung Galaxy XR, Magic Leap 2, and other headset families. Businesses, schools, and nonprofits can use it for managed training, education, and operational deployments.
Annual per-device pricing separates general business and education tiers. Starter costs $7 per device per month and includes configuration, grouping, content deployment, and launcher controls. Essential costs $10 and adds usage and session analytics, remote assistance, and API access. Classroom costs $4 for qualifying schools, universities, and nonprofits, while Classroom Pro costs $6 and adds the Essential-level tools. Enterprise and Classroom Ultimate add features such as white-labeling, SSO, audit logs, and priority support or SLA options. A 30-day free trial is available without a required card.
ArborXR fits teams that need centralized control across varied hardware rather than a tool for creating VR experiences. Remote assistance supports casting, live audio, and camera streaming, while ArborXR Insights adds learner authentication, training analytics, reporting, and LMS or business-intelligence connections. The ecosystem includes Microsoft Intune, LMS and BI tools, API access on eligible plans, and 500 integrations. Security-related capabilities include SSO, two-factor authentication, and stated SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR coverage. Choose ArborXR when fleet administration, kiosk control, and deployment governance are priorities; choose an authoring-focused product when building immersive content is the main requirement.
