Arborgold is business management software for lawn-care, landscaping, tree-care, pest-control, horticultural, and snow-removal companies. It brings customer relationship management, estimates, proposals, e-signature approval, recurring and contract scheduling, visual routing, dispatch, crew GPS, time tracking, invoicing, payments, reporting, and mobile applications into one system. It is best suited to growing firms that need more than basic scheduling, particularly businesses managing recurring work, field crews, customer communications, and billing across web, iOS, and Android.
Pricing is organized across Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, with monthly equivalents for annual billing and separate monthly rates. Starter costs $129 per month with annual billing or $149 monthly, covering CRM, estimating, drag-and-drop scheduling, route optimization, communications and messaging, and invoicing and e-payments. Professional costs $299 annually billed or $343 monthly and adds job costing, renewals, material inventory management, chemical tracking, and an autoprice calculator. Enterprise costs $499 annually billed or $573 monthly, adding plant and tree inventory mapping, sales automation, custom templates, expense tracking, and equipment maintenance tracking. There is no free plan.
The platform’s strongest fit is an operation that needs connected office and field workflows rather than a narrow calendar tool. Customer portals provide invoice access and payments, while individual and batch invoicing, email, text, and voice communications support ongoing customer relationships. Integrations include QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, Twilio, SiteOne Landscape, and LandscapeHub. Businesses that need basic appointment scheduling only may find the tiered system broader than necessary; firms needing job costing, inventory, or equipment tracking should budget for Professional or Enterprise rather than Starter.
