Aquadratic is a merchant of record platform for independent creators, developers, and digital product suppliers. It supports software, scripts, plugins, templates, courses, memberships, and other digital products through hosted checkout URLs, an embeddable checkout widget, or a REST API with signed webhooks. Its merchant of record transaction administration includes payment processing, tax handling, digital delivery, license key management, refunds, disputes, and seller payouts.

The free plan covers a wide portion of the commerce workflow. It includes sales tax and VAT calculation, collection, and filing; fraud scoring; dispute and chargeback handling; affiliate tracking and managed payouts; inventory and license key management; automated email delivery; and real-time sales analytics with customer data. According to the vendor's pricing information, paid plans exist and the platform charges a 7% transaction fee. Sellers evaluating higher-volume use should compare that fee with the added value of the available paid tiers.

Aquadratic also offers broad payment integration choices, including Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Amazon Pay. The web and API platforms give both simpler sellers and technical teams a way to connect checkout to their sales flow. Its strongest fit is a small digital-product business that wants tax, delivery, fraud, affiliate, and payout administration in one service without paying for basic access. Sellers focused on physical commerce, open-source software, or a more specialized enterprise platform should look for a narrower or broader alternative that better matches those requirements.
