Apps4.Pro Migration Manager is made by JiJi Technologies Private Limited, a privately held software company founded in 2007 and based in Tirunelveli, India. LinkedIn lists 51–200 employees and 69 employee profiles. The product is aimed at IT teams moving Microsoft 365 tenants during mergers, acquisitions, consolidations and restructurings. It combines a Windows migration application with SaaS modules for Forms, Power BI and Power Automate, and the vendor documents Exchange Online mailbox moves between source and target tenants.
The mailbox workflow covers email, folders, archives, calendars, contacts, tasks, rules and permissions, with user mapping, date filters, reruns and validation reports. The same license covers Teams, private chats, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Viva Engage, Forms, Bookings, Power Automate and Power BI. A Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 page documents Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Groups and Google Chat migration in an open beta. Gartner Peer Insights shows 4.5/5 from 11 ratings. G2 shows 4.8/5 from two validated organic reviews dated April 2026: reviewers praised Power BI and Viva Engage migrations and support, while noting desktop preparation and a confusing pricing layout. Petronas and Resillion appear in vendor-published customer stories, so those claims are not independent studies.
Pricing is published as annual licensing: Essentials is $5,995 for one machine, Growth $8,995 for five and Enterprise $17,995 for 20 or more. Each includes unlimited core mailbox and collaboration data, with caps on several specialized workloads. A 15-day trial does not require a card. The product is a poor fit for low-cost IMAP transfers, because no official IMAP support is documented, and buyers wanting a mature SaaS-only product or a large independent review base should compare alternatives. Current system requirements target Windows 10/11, while the Google migration remains beta.
