ApprovalSoft is accounts payable and invoice approval software from Advantage Systems, Inc. It captures invoices and other documents through email, scanning, network locations, or imports, then routes them through user-defined approval workflows. Teams can configure rules by document type, amount, or vendor, while vendor profiles support accounting coding and routing. The product also handles document types beyond invoices, including journal entries, cash receipts, expense reports, and internal requests. It is available through web and Windows software, with Windows server requirements.
Pricing follows a contact-sales model, so the buying process centers on discussing requirements with the vendor rather than choosing among published plans. For accounting connectivity, ApprovalSoft supports Accounting for Mortgage Bankers and accounting or ERP systems that accept CSV or XML. Approved transactions can be exported automatically or manually, and attached PDF or TIFF documentation can travel with the transaction.
