Appika Purchasing is a web-based purchasing application for businesses managing requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices in one system. It is designed for small, medium-sized and large organizations using Appika’s broader business management suite. Purchasing teams can manage vendors and product catalogs, track orders through dashboards, attach files and images to documents, and support partial receipt of goods. Configurable approval routing, custom workflows and custom fields make it suitable for organizations with purchasing processes that vary by team or document type.

Pricing is structured around Starter, Professional and Enterprise plans, each offered with annual or monthly billing. Starter costs $15 per user per month annually or $19 monthly and includes role-based permissions, team assignments, multiple currencies, 2,500 contacts, 5,000 transactions per month, dashboards and reports. Professional costs $30 annually or $38 monthly per user and adds unlimited contacts, unlimited transactions and end-to-end approval processes. Enterprise costs $60 annually or $75 monthly per user and adds transaction access control. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card. There is no free plan.

The product’s operational breadth extends beyond basic purchase order creation. It supports multi-currency purchasing, multi-warehouse receiving and transfers, vendor and product catalog management, and integrations with Sales, Inventory and Field Service. That makes it a practical fit for teams already working within Appika’s business management suite. Buyers needing accounting integrations or three-way matching should consider an alternative, particularly when those capabilities are central to invoice control. Appika Purchasing is a strong choice for flexible, approval-driven purchasing workflows, but less suitable for organizations seeking a specialized procurement platform centered on advanced finance automation.
