Apimio is a cloud product information management and catalog-operations platform for ecommerce brands, retailers, manufacturers, and distributors. It centralizes product titles, descriptions, attributes, variants, images, categories, prices, and localized content, then synchronizes catalog data with Shopify stores. Its fit is strongest for Shopify merchants that need controlled product feeds, supplier imports, catalog quality checks, and coordinated content across ecommerce operations.

The published plans show Basic PIM at $199 per month and Advanced PIM at $399 per month. Basic includes bulk editing, CSV import with mapping and formulas, quality scoring, publish gates, image management, internationalization, and AI-generated descriptions, SEO titles, meta descriptions, and alt text. Advanced adds scheduled imports from URL, FTP, S3, and Google Sheets; hosted product feeds; multi-store identity matching; workflows and approvals; a public API, webhooks, and MCP server; plus premium support with an account manager. Enterprise PIM costs $999 per month and adds unlimited Shopify stores, unlimited SKUs, unlimited storage, a dedicated account manager, sales-led onboarding, and custom pricing and limits per contract. A 14-day free trial uses the Advanced PIM feature set.

Apimio connects with Shopify, Google Shopping, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Bing, Amazon, Walmart, FTP, S3, and Google Sheets. Its feed support covers Google Shopping, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Bing, while REST API access, webhooks, and an MCP server provide additional platform connectivity. The product also includes multilingual content, image folders and secure share links, supplier mapping, and preview-before-saving bulk edits. The stated product limit is 10,000, and its sales-channel coverage is more focused than a broad, multi-channel PIM. Choose Apimio for Shopify-centered catalog governance and feed control; consider an alternative if unlimited non-Enterprise scale or wider channel coverage is central.
