Aphinity is a web-based employee onboarding and networking platform for HR teams, People teams, and program managers. It matches new hires with buddies, mentors, and cross-functional colleagues using role, department, interests, goals, and other profile information. Teams can automate introductions, reminders, check-ins, scheduling, and feedback collection through Slack, Discord, or email. CSV imports, enrollment links, phased schedules, analytics, and role-based access support structured onboarding programs.
Pricing is organized into Basic, Pro, and Enterprise tiers, with a 14-day trial. Basic costs $15 per month for up to 24 active users and includes random matching, weekly matches, basic analytics, and one platform integration.
