Amp Rack is a free, open-source audio effects processor for Android, with desktop distributions for Windows and Linux. It is aimed at guitarists, vocalists, and other solo musicians who want an effects rig for practice, live processing, or recording rather than a general-purpose audio editor. The app combines a chromatic tuner, presets, backing-track playback, looping, a drum machine, and recording in one focused package.

Its central strength is plugin and hardware flexibility. Amp Rack hosts LV2 and LADSPA plugins, with more than 200 plugins presented on its website and more than 300 listed on Google Play. Effect chains can cover distortion, overdrive, cabinet emulation, delay, reverb, compression, limiting, vocoding, autotune, and other processing. Neural Amp Modeling through NAM/AIDA-X and impulse-response cabinet loading extend the amp-simulation options.
