Altirya review
AI planning and project controls in a web-based tool, with limited integrations.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Altirya is a web-based AI project and work management platform for teams that want help turning project goals into plans and coordinating execution. Its AI can generate tasks, durations, effort, costs, dependencies, and milestones, while risk features identify impacts and suggest mitigation plans. Teams can then work across Gantt, Kanban, Todo List, task workspaces, calendars, and project documents. The combination suits small teams that want planning and execution tools alongside AI assistance, rather than a narrowly focused task list.
The free plan includes three projects, an interactive Gantt editor, a Kanban board, a calendar, and project risk management. It includes AI access for 30 days with 25k AI tokens. Pro AI adds unlimited projects, 250k AI tokens per month, AI planning, risks and reports, document search and summaries, weekly AI alerts, and 500 GB storage. Pro AI Boost includes everything in Pro AI, raises the allocation to 750k AI tokens per month, and provides 1 TB storage. Enterprise has a minimum of 25 users, organization-level pooled AI tokens, onboarding, priority support, and Microsoft Marketplace procurement. The published plans establish the tier differences, but provide no paid-plan prices here, making cost comparison difficult.
Altirya's feature set extends beyond plan generation: task workspaces support comments, files, activity, and microtasks, while Execution Radar, weekly reports, next actions, and workday and handoff features support ongoing coordination. Its integration footprint is narrower, with calendar synchronization listed, and its only listed platform is the web. That makes it a fit for teams comfortable keeping project work in a browser and using calendar sync as their connection point. Teams that need broader integrations or non-web apps should consider alternatives; those seeking AI planning, risk management, and several ways to view work may find its scope more aligned.
