A broad offline-first task system for users who want self-hosting and calendar sync.

AllisWell is a source-available to-do and productivity app from BubiApps for personal users who want tasks, projects, notes, reminders and calendar synchronization in one system. It runs across the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, with cloud, desktop, mobile and self-hosted deployment options. Personal use and self-hosting are free, while commercial use requires a separate licence. Its strongest fit is for individuals and organizations that want local-first operation alongside a broad set of task-management views and workflows.
The feature set reaches beyond basic checklists. Tasks can be organized within projects, divided into subtasks and checklists, and scheduled with calendar-aware recurrence rules. Alarm-grade reminders add snooze and re-alerting, while a Kanban board provides an alternate project view. Markdown notes, document export, file attachments and project file folders make AllisWell suitable for work that combines action items with supporting material. Offline-first local data replication is central to the product, giving users a task system designed to remain useful when connectivity is limited.
Calendar and storage connections shape its ecosystem fit. Google Calendar synchronization is two-way, while Apple Calendar integration is one-way; CalDAV is also supported. The product lists connections for Cloudflare R2, Amazon S3, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter and Ollama, alongside self-hosting through Docker. Support channels include email, phone, community and docs. Choose AllisWell if offline access, self-hosting, reminders and a wide task workspace matter more than a narrow task list. It is less suitable for teams that require commercial licensing to be straightforward or specifically need an open-source product and two-way Apple Calendar synchronization.
